Shipping
We currently ship orders within the Continental United States and to APO (Army Post Office) addresses.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We do not ship outside the Continental United States, except for eligible APO addresses.
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- Orders may be delayed or cancelled if the shipping address cannot be verified or does not meet our shipping requirements.
Restricted Items
Certain products sold by TKCMMI.com may be subject to federal, state, local, or other jurisdictional laws and restrictions.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any item purchased is legal to possess and receive at the customer's shipping address.
If an item is purchased and the destination state, locality, or other applicable jurisdiction prohibits the sale, possession, or shipment of that item, TKCMMI.com will not fulfill the order. The order will be cancelled, and the customer will receive an automatic refund for the restricted item.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we determine cannot legally or appropriately be shipped to the designated destination. We may also request additional information or verification when necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed after payment has been successfully received and any applicable order verification has been completed.
Processing and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, shipping method, destination, and circumstances outside of our control.
Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information when available.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an eligible item, please contact us at either shop@tkcmmi.com or the Contact Us link within 7-days of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation, when applicable.
- Certain products may be non-returnable due to their nature, applicable laws, safety requirements, or manufacturer restrictions.
- Returns must be authorized by TKCMMI.com before being shipped back.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part or the item was received defective or damaged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Cancellation of Orders

When an order is cancelled by TKCMMI.com for one of these reasons, the customer will receive a refund for the cancelled item or order, as applicable.
