The 3.62" cleaver blade is crafted from 14C28N stainless steel, hardened to 58-60HRC. And most importantly, the 14C28N blade is easy to sharpen, the fine-grained carbide structure makes it remarkably easy to bring back to a razor edge with basic sharpening tools.
