The Work Sharp Benchstone Knife Sharpener combines traditional benchstone sharpening with modern features designed to make sharpening faster, easier, and more precise.
This versatile sharpener features a 3-sided abrasive sharpening system with a Medium 320-grit diamond plate and a Fine 600-grit diamond plate for quickly restoring a sharp edge. A Fine Ceramic Stone provides the final touch for an incredibly keen edge on virtually any knife. The abrasive pads are also replaceable, helping extend the life of the sharpening system.
The Benchstone is equipped with Work Sharp’s Pivot-Response system, allowing the abrasive surface to follow the curve of the blade for a more consistent and precise sharpening experience.
Interchangeable sharpening guides provide 20° or 25° edge angles and are optional to use, giving you the flexibility to sharpen with or without guided assistance. Additional 15° and 17° sharpening guides are available separately.
