The Work Sharp Professional Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener is a complete, angle-adjustable sharpening system designed for knife enthusiasts who demand precision, consistency, and repeatable results. Featuring rugged metal construction, a digital angle indicator, and seven sharpening and finishing abrasives, the Professional Precision Adjust gives you exceptional control over your edge.
The sharpening angle adjusts from 15° to 30°, while the digital angle indicator allows you to accurately set and repeat your preferred sharpening angle. This makes it easy to maintain consistent edge geometry every time you sharpen.
The system includes a complete selection of 1" x 6" abrasives, including 220, 320, 400, 600, and 800-grit diamond plates, a ceramic honing plate, and a leather strop for polishing and finishing your edge to an exceptionally keen, mirror-like finish. The abrasives interchange quickly using a common sharpening handle, which also incorporates a ceramic rod for honing serrations.
Work Sharp's innovative V-Block Clamp™ securely and consistently holds your knife throughout the sharpening process. The weighted base provides a solid, stable benchtop platform and allows the knife to be rotated for sharpening the opposite side without removing the knife from the clamp. For smaller blades, the included Small Knife Table Attachment allows you to sharpen compact pen knives at angles as low as 15°.
The sharpening rod is held securely in place with a magnetic attachment, making installation and removal quick and convenient. The base is also optional, giving you the versatility to use the sharpener on a workbench or operate it by hand when portability is needed in the field.
